Providing Our Support During a Time of Need

Knowing when or where to move a loved one to a care home can be an overwhelming time in anyone’s life. It may be that you have noticed that a family member is finding it difficult to upkeep their household, they are struggling to move around with ease or they are showing symptoms of memory loss. We want to make the process as stress-free as possible and welcome you into our home to discuss the care requirements of the person in need of care.

The highly skilled team at The Ashton understands that every resident requires a different level of care that’s why we always evaluate residents after their admission in order to develop a suitable care plan. We want prospective residents and their loved ones to have a better understanding of the care types available so that they can feel confident with taking next steps. We are proud to be regulated by the Care Quality Commission (cqc) which is an independent body that assesses all health and social care services in England to ensure they meet a high level of care.
