Glad to Care Awareness Week at The Ashton

We had many exciting things planned for Glad to Care Awareness Week here at The Ashton Care Home. Glad to Care Week is a celebration of care workers across health and social services in the UK. The goal is to show appreciation for the incredible contributions carers provide to their care recipients as well as provide support for those families looking for care.

During Glad To Care Week on Welcome Wednesday, we were happy to welcome all of our new residents to The Ashton. We also enjoyed delicious cheeses, wines and other drinks on Tasty Tuesday and have the opportunity to reflect on the things we are grateful for on Thankful Thursday.

It was a great week full of activities, socialising and eating delicious food. We look forward to doing it again next year.
