We were delighted to welcome Zoe back to The Ashton for another of her popular exercise sessions. Her visits are always a welcome occasion, bringing plenty of energy and encouragement into the home.

Gentle Exercise for Everyone

Using a range of colourful props, Zoe leads residents through gentle exercises designed to support mobility and coordination. The session was carefully designed to be inclusive and enjoyable, allowing residents to take part in a way that felt comfortable for them.

Activities like these are a wonderful way to encourage movement while keeping the atmosphere light and fun for everyone participating, allowing residents to join in at their own pace, creating plenty of opportunity for smiles and shared enjoyment.

A Session Full of Energy

The classes are always full of positivity, with Zoe’s enthusiasm helping to create a lively and uplifting environment. Residents continue to look forward to her visits, knowing they will have the chance to stay active while enjoying time together in a sociable setting.

At The Ashton, we value activities that support both physical wellbeing and social connection, and Zoe’s sessions do just that. They offer residents a fun and engaging way to keep moving and enjoy a sense of achievement, building their overall confidence.
